For our exclusive cheeses, we have partnered with DEGUST. Its founder, Michelin-starred chef Hansi Baumgartner, has managed, thanks to his experience, to combine the most extraordinary ingredients with cheeses. He has managed to create maturing techniques that have their roots in the traditional, but at the same time focus on innovation and avant-garde flavours. With passion and enormous drive, the best cheeses in the South Tyrol region and Italy are selected. The affineur perfects and enhances the aromas and flavours of the cheeses he selects. In the process, he ensures their natural maturation and the cheeses are refined with new aromas that give the cheeses unique flavour profiles. Put together your own exclusive box of cheeses and enjoy!

Blessed cheeses. I can't say which one tastes best. I have eaten 5 of them and they are all unique in taste.
Apart from the cheeses, I love the salmon & eel.
Also nice (business) gift
