Delivery and shelf life
The hot smoked delicacies from Smoked by Liz are produced from the best quality eel and salmon, using an authentic, traditional 100-year-old family recipe.
Once the smoking process is complete, the delicacies are packed in MAP packaging (under a protective atmosphere) and a luxurious Smoked by Liz box. To keep cool during transport, the delicacies are shipped in a special cool box with ice packs. Our fresh produce meets the highest quality requirements of the HACCP.
Our hot smoked fish is made exclusively to order, and has a production time of 1 to 2 working days. We ship the box to the given adress or to the pick-up point chosen by you, on your chosen date.
All produce should be stored in the refrigerator, and can be kept unopened for 14 days.
