For our exclusive cheeses, we have partnered with DEGUST. Its founder, Michelin-starred chef Hansi Baumgartner, has managed, thanks to his experience, to combine the most extraordinary ingredients with cheeses. He has managed to create maturing techniques that have their roots in the traditional, but at the same time focus on innovation and avant-garde flavours. With passion and enormous drive, the best cheeses in the South Tyrol region and Italy are selected. The affineur perfects and enhances the aromas and flavours of the cheeses he selects. In the process, he ensures their natural maturation and the cheeses are refined with new aromas that give the cheeses unique flavour profiles. Refined Chocobert

The Chocobert is a delicious camembert made from the milk of the Italian mountain goat. Refined with dark chocolate 75%, it gives a pleasant contrast between the softness of cheese and the crunch of chocolate whose sweetness goes well with the salty taste of cheese. The texture is soft and creamy. Typical of camembert.

Aromatic Herbario Mignon

The refinement with aromatic herbs (lovage, celery, marjoram) enriches the cheese with pleasant and intense vegetal notes. In this refinement, we have tried to convey all the aromas and scents of our meadows and mountain pastures. The texture is creamy, with the right balance of flavour between sweet and salty.
Specification: soft cheese made from cow's milk, weight 180 grams per cheese
Wine Tip: Gewürztraminer and Cabernet Franc

Sensational Lakrizi

Refined with liquorice powder, this sensational blue cheese gives pleasant sensations of freshness and tingling, removes fat from the palate and harmonises flavour. Moreover, the liquorice is a natural fungicide that protects and extends the shelf life of cheese. The texture is buttery and melts on the tongue. A surprising cheese!

Tip: Sherry

Special Tobi

Rotholzer Schafcamembert, after a gentle heating process by hand out, is made with organic sheep's milk natural with the addition of selected acidification cultures.
Ripening takes place in a special ripening chamber with noble mould culture. This gives the cheese its typical mild mushroom-like aroma. The use of sheep's milk results in a cheese with an exceptionally smooth and delicately melting texture.

Mediterranean Romarino

The natural fatness of the cheese is balanced by ripening with the spicy herb mixture. The resultvis a full and balanced flavour. Together with the chilli pepper, rosemary and juniper, this beautiful cheese reminds us of the scents of the Mediterranean summer and these make cheese tasty and fragrant in every slice. The texture is soft and buttery, with a slightly spicy flavour.

Tip: red wines such as Cerasuolo, d'Abruzzo, Chianti or Cannonau.

Classic Ziegenmünster

This beautiful goat cheese has a soft texture and comes from the southern German region of Allgäu, between Ulm and the Bregenzerwald and between Lake Constance and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The cheese-making techniques are the same as those used for classic Munster. However, the ripening process takes place in natural cellars characterised by a unique microclimate. The procedures we follow for this beautiful classic cheese are all handmade and carefully handled. The Ziegenmünster has delicious aromas of yeasts and has a sap-like flavour.

Tip: spicy white wine

Intense Wirzi

The refinement with beer and Schüttelbrot bread of this beautiful cheese softens its intense aromas. The result is balanced balanced and pleasantly spicy flavour. The texture is
soft and elastic. Surprising and special.
Specification: semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk, weight 250 grams per cheese.
Tip: Sixtus (abbey) beer or beer with a floral bouqet. White wine with a floral aromatic bouquet.

Delivery and shelf life

Smoked by Liz's hot-smoked delicacies are among the finest quality eels and salmon. By using only the highest quality fresh fish & the authentic method of preparation according to the traditional over 120-year-old family recipe, these luxury delicacies are created. After cooling down from the smoking process, the delicacies are immediately packed in MAP (protective atmosphere) packaging. 

The refining door ensures that the cheese retains its original organoleptic profile while respecting the careful work of the cheesemaker. The combinations are designed to enhance the raw materials. Once the cheese is ready, it is packed in non-invasive packaging with a dual purpose: to protect the cheese and make it look better. These organic products are inspected by ABCERT IT BIO 013.

The delicious delicacies are packed in the luxury SMOKED by Liz box. Afterwards, the luxury box is cooled with icepacks and then placed in a special refrigerated box so that our products remain fresh and chilled during transport. Our fresh products meet the requirements of the highest HACCP quality criteria.

When we ship your order, it will be provided with a track & trace code, which you will receive from us by e-mail. This way, you can easily receive your delicacies at the right time.

This special Christmas edition will be firmly delivered on 23 December. You can store the delicacies in the fridge and they will keep for 14 days unopened. Best stored at a temperature between 4 - 7°.
